This soup is sure to keep you warm all winter long!
Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced I like to use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store to make this soup quick and easy. Just shred the chicken and you're ready to go! You could also cook your own chicken breasts if you like. I usually use black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes with green chilies from the pantry for this soup, but you could use any combination of canned beans and vegetables that you have on hand. To make things even easier, I use a can of cream of chicken soup. However, if you want to make this soup a little bit healthier, you could substitute with a can of light cream of chicken soup or even just plain broth. The garlic cloves are optional but I like to add them for some extra flavor.

Tomatoes
Tomatoes are one of the simplest vegetables you can grow in your garden, and they are also one of the most delicious. In this article, we will discuss everything you need to know about growing tomatoes.
The best way to start is by choosing the right variety of tomato for your climate and gardening zone. Some popular varieties include cherry tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, and grape tomatoes. Once you have chosen a variety, it is important to select the right planting site. Tomatoes prefer full sun and well-drained soil. They can be planted in containers or in the ground.
Once you have planted your tomatoes, it is important to water them regularly. The best way to water them is by using a soaker hose or drip irrigation system. Make sure not to over water them, as this can lead to rot. Fertilize your tomatoes regularly with a balanced fertilizer, such as 10-10-10.
When your tomatoes are ready to harvest, be sure to pick them when they are ripe. Tomatoes will continue to ripen after they have been picked, so if you are not going to eat them right away, wait until they are fully ripe. Enjoy!
Comfort food at its best - creamy mashed spinach soup
I don't know about you, but I absolutely love comfort food – especially creamy mashed spinach soup. There's just something about it that makes me feel so warm and happy inside.
Plus, this soup is super easy to make. All you need is a pot, some spinach, broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional vegan cheese or sour cream. Simply sauté the garlic in a bit of oil until softened, then add the broth and spinach. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes until the spinach is cooked. Use an immersion blender (or carefully blend in batches in a regular blender) to create a creamy soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then top with vegan cheese or sour cream if desired.
This soup is perfect for those cold winter days when you need something to warm you up from the inside out. But it's also great for anytime of year – it's definitely one of my all-time favourite comfort foods. Give it a try and see for yourself why this soup is so popular!
